VoltTech Return & Refund Policy

Strict Timelines & Eligibility

  • 30-Day Limit: Disputes must be formally submitted within 30 days of your customer receiving the package.
  • Tech: Standard inventory and electronics are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are only available if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cases Eligible for a 100% Refund

VoltTech offers a 100% refund or free reshipment if your order meets any of the following criteria:

  • Product Quality Failure: The product does not match the description or fails to function correctly.
  • Logistics Damage: The item or its core packaging arrives broken due to transit.
  • Fulfillment Errors: The incorrect SKU, size, or color variant was shipped.
  • Unshippable Items: A full refund is issued if a product becomes restricted or has no viable shipping method to your destination.

Cases Where Refunds Are Denied

Refund requests will be rejected under the following conditions:

  • The tracking system marks the package as Delivered.
  • The package was unclaimed and destroyed by the local postal carrier.
  • Delivery failed due to an incorrect address, missing apartment number, or a refused package.
  • The customer dislikes the texture, comfort, or fit of a non-apparel item.

 How to Submit a Dispute

To claim a refund, please provide the following:

  1. Clear photos or videos showing the physical damage or defect.
  2. Screenshots of the customer dispute (e.g., email complaint or PayPal case).
  3. Your order tracking number.

Once validated, VoltTech will process your refund to your original payment method within 24–48 hours.
