Platform Liabilities & Sourcing Risks
  • Data Transparency: Merchants are contractually obligated to pass accurate transaction details, localized end-customer delivery addresses, and true retail pricing documentation through the system integration in a timely manner.
  • Service Interruptions: VoltTech reserves the right to refuse service, terminate active supplier links, modify pricing rules, or cancel unfulfilled pending orders if system bugs, fraudulent transactions, or harmful web code are discovered on the merchant's end. 

 Order Cancellation Boundaries
  • Standard Stock: You are granted a 100% full reimbursement if an order cancellation is submitted before the package physically ships from the overseas warehouse.
